The scheme has been brought forward by R.S Sabkha (RSS) construction and development in conjunction with CODA architecture a Sheffield based architecture firm. They are set to construct a four story 90 apartment modern building.
The Cotton Mill Row development is set to follow on from RSS already hugely successful Kelham Gate development and will be primarily aimed at the young professional market being only a stones throw away from Sheffield’s city centre.
