What makes the monthly fee?
The monthly management fee is a percentage of the agreed monthly rent with tenant. So for example 10% at £500 pcm would be £50 + VAT = £60 per month fee.

Do I have to have a To Let board?
No! But it is recommended especially for houses as we get lots of calls from people walking or travelling past.
If you simply don't want one, just let us know :)

How do you check tenants?
Our checks include;
- Employer and current landlord reference.
- Right to Rent - visa and work permits.
- Bio-metric document.
- Passport.
- Drivers licence.
- Credit checks.
- Valid UK bank account.
- Current residence - utility bill etc

What happens with maintenance?
For none routine maintenance reported by the tenant/s, we first send out a contractor to assess the issue.
The contractor then reports back to us regarding any works needed and cost involved.
We then call you to discuss and get authorisation.

What happens with utility and council tax bills!?
Our system informs the gas, electric and water suppliers of the names of tenants and date they moved in and out.
The tenant is asked to take regular reads and again at checkout.
We inform the council tax team when a tenant moves in and out, so you are not left with undue bills!
